2016年1月20至22日，韩国的ONS再举办了国际导师训练班，这课程完毕后ONS将选出新一代的国际导师来教导更多的学生,把最完整的教学传给以后的接班人，让美甲行业更加广大。
来自17个不同国家的导师们同聚一起并分享各自的技术，也趁机拉近彼此的关系，让ONS大家庭更加团结。来自韩国，台湾，比利时，意大利，马来西亚，日本，印尼，南非，美国，越南，荷兰等，的大家都尽能力的让彼此把技术掌握的更好。
这是美甲行业里的稀有现象，因为一般上人人都鲜少透露自家的技术，隐藏是一个普遍的行为。但是Odyssey却恰恰相反，也是ONS的特别之处，导师们不但止大方的分享各自的技术，也尽全力让大家明白技巧的运用！这是因为我们大家庭相信分享并不会削弱自己，反而互相切磋会让自己学到更多！
Korea is having yet another ONS Educator Training on the 20th through 22nd January, to which at the end of the training, Odyssey will appoint new Educators to lead and guide our next generation for a better future in nail industry.
Educators and educators-to-be hail from a total of 17 countries gather around on this special event to share knowledge and spread the love to our huge family around the globe. People from Korea, Taiwan, Belgium, Italy, Malaysia, Japan, Indonesia, South Africa, USA, Vietnam, Netherlands.. any many more, all trying to make each other be better than they already are.
This is a rare phenomenon to be seen in any nail industry where traditionally, people hid technics from each other. This is the specialty of Odyssey, where we did just the opposite, because we truly believe sharing will not expose or weaken us, it make us become stronger!
相关的导师们会将最好的技巧传教大家，让各国的导师们回国后可以把技术启发更多美甲师或对美甲感兴趣的人士，并将好的影响带给大家，把知识传出去，有了好的美甲技术环境，效率也会跟着上升。

After the vigorous training, of course there will be exams to take place to ensure the educator's understanding to the course conducted! These are crucial as educator's role is vital to carry on their duties once they go back to their work station and begin teaching in front of many freshman, we have to make sure we can instil the correct mindset and skill to our next generation, they are our next in line, afterall.
